Fusing titanium and advanced nylon materials has resulted in the ultimate in performance, strength, and comfort. Megol® nose pads, wire core temples and revolutionary spring hinges complete this highly-evolved frame system.

Co-Injected Composite
This cold-molded, co-injected frame process delivers comfort without sacrificing performance.. Using Hydrolite™, a rubberized composite, and advanced nylon materials, we’ve engineered a frame with maximum performance and comfort.

Nylon Composite
Offering almost indestructible durability, our nylon frames, including our revolutionary frameless styles, feature a memory design to maintain proper shape. Available with either spring hinges, or ultra-durable molded hinges.

Metal Frames
Polished, laser welded, and electroplated. Made from monel, a nickel-silver alloy based metal, these hypoallergenic frames offer excellent levels of both performance and comfort.

Combination Frames
These Italian designed frames represent the finest in form and function. Available in gunmetal, antique copper, and matte black finishes, our combination frames feature custom nose pads, premium nickel-silver spring hinges, and fully adjustable wire core temples.

Italian Zyl Frames
Handmade to deliver exceptional durability and fit, our Zyl frames are the most adjustable frames we offer. Hand cut from the highest quality ophthalmic material known, and polished for seven days to a natural sheen. Featuring wire core temples and nickel-silver hinges.

Hinge construction
It’s the part of your sunglasses that takes the most abuse. That’s why we offer two super-durable hinge systems. The spring hinge—constructed entirely of stainless steel. And an amazingly strong, non-corrosive nickel-silver alloy hinge with stainless steel screws featuring epoxied threads to prevent back-outs.

Megol® Compound
You sweat. It sticks. Our Megol® temple tips and nose pads actually become stickier with perspiration to ensure a snug, comfortable fit even when you’re working your hardest.
